Dodge just put the Super Bee badge back on a Charger. The name carries decades of muscle-car history, and this latest version keeps the attitude while delivering the highest horsepower yet from the brand’s twin-turbo inline-six.
Revealed in early August 2026 ahead of Roadkill Nights, the new Charger Super Bee Launch Edition is the most powerful SIXPACK-powered Charger Dodge has built so far.
600 Horsepower, No V8 Required
Under the hood sits a reworked version of the 3.0-liter twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six. Larger Garrett turbochargers, revised intercoolers, and intake upgrades push output to 600 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. That is a clear step above the standard high-output Sixpack Scat Pack’s 550 hp.
Dodge claims 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 11.8 seconds. The car is quicker to 60 than some earlier Hellcat models, even if the quarter-mile still trails the old supercharged V8s. All-wheel drive is standard, but a dedicated button lets drivers switch to rear-wheel-drive mode for a more traditional muscle-car feel.
More Than Just Power
The Super Bee package goes beyond the engine. Upgrades include larger Brembo brakes (16-inch with six-piston front calipers), dual-valve adaptive dampers, 20-inch forged wheels, and an aero package with front splitter and rear wing. Cooling capacity has been increased so the car can sustain hard runs without overheating.
Outside, the classic Super Bee graphics and badging return in black-and-yellow inspired form. Inside, sport seats, a thicker steering wheel with larger paddle shifters, and track-oriented features complete the package. Track Mode, Line Lock, and Torque Reserve are part of the deal.
It will be offered in both two-door and four-door body styles as a limited Launch Edition. Pricing has not been fully detailed yet, but expect it to sit above the regular Scat Pack as a limited-run model before a broader release later.
Same Attitude, New Reality
Purists will note the absence of a HEMI V8. Dodge is leaning into the performance the Hurricane six can deliver rather than chasing nostalgia under the hood. The Super Bee name still stands for accessible high performance with a rebellious edge, and this version delivers higher power, sharper hardware, and the visual attitude the badge has always carried.
The new Charger platform already shifted the conversation away from the last-generation V8 cars. The Super Bee is Dodge’s clearest statement yet that the brand intends to keep the muscle alive with the tools it has now.

Dodge brought the Super Bee back with more horsepower than any previous factory Super Bee and the same confrontational style. It may not have a V8, but 600 hp, quick acceleration, serious brakes, and classic graphics make a strong case that the attitude survived the transition.
